Welcome to the Bend Ski Club website.  The BSC focuses on downhill skiing in the Bend area.  Skiers of all abilities and ski-levels, ranging from beginner to expert, are welcome to join the club and partipate in both on-mountain and off-mountain events.

Most on-moutain activities are at Mount Bachelor.

Adult team race activities have historically been held at HooDoo Ski Area.

BSC members are also eligible to participate in a broad range of trips sponsored by Northwest Ski Club Council and the Far West Ski Association.

The Bend Ski Club is on Facebook (Bend Ski Club) and we post events on the BSC Meetup site.

We are a non-profit, 501(c) (7) organization.

We always welcome new members! There is a downloadable application form on this website.

Call BSC President Rod Robinson (541-344-7170) or visit the "Contact Us" page for inquiries and information.

The Bend Ski Club Board of Directors has been meeting regularly this past spring and summer to get ready for the upcoming 2015 / 2016 season.

Some of the recent Board of Director actions include:

Election of New Officers:

For the coming year club officers will be:

  President: Rod Robinson

Non-members will be charged $10 to attend BSC parties and presentations.  Dues and non-member event charges will be used to cover space rental and food costs incurred by the BSC.

On-Mountain Activities at Mount Bachelor

BSC will continue to sponsor a regular schedule of on-mountain ski events at Mount Bachelor throughout the 2015 / 2016 ski season.  On mountain ski activities will be posted on the BSC Meeup site and on the BSC website.

BSC will schedule one or more on-mountain BBQ's.  Generally these events have been held in  the spring.

The Board has discussed the following schedule of off-mountain parties and other activities.  At this point, the schedule is tentative and will be dependent on securing spaces and speakers.

January:  Apres and presentation at Crow' s Foot

  February: Presentation at Race Place

March:  Presentation by a speaker from  Deschutes County Search and Rescue
